SET YOUR FOCUS ON YOUR GOD-GIVEN VISION

SET YOUR FOCUS ON YOUR GOD-GIVEN VISION

God is a God of purpose, plan, design and objectivity. He has a specific purpose for your life. Regardless of who you are, what your age is, or which natural limitations you may have, God has given you abilities, talents and an anointing to fulfill that purpose. What vision, purpose, goals, and dreams has God given to you?

God’s instruction to Habakkuk was to write and make it plain so that those who would read it would be able to understand it and run with it.  If you are unsure about God’s purpose for your life, set aside time to seek His direction. Spend time in prayer and in the Word. Ask God to reveal His purpose for you and what He wants you to accomplish in your life for Him. Not for you but for Him. 2And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, make it plain upon the tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Hab. 2:2-3.

Commit and dedicate your life to fulfilling that purpose. Be willing to lay down your own self-centered goals, desires, and plans. Jesus said: 25For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. Matt. 16:25. As you fully surrender your life, goals, and plans to Christ, you will find true life and will be able to live it to its fullest.

God does not want to limit what He can do in your life according to your current situation. You may be deeply in debt and wonder how you will ever be able to fulfill the vision that God has given to you. Your focus may be on making ends meet and providing for the basic necessities. If you keep your focus on your present situation, limited income, or lack of finances, then you will never dare to believe that God will release the finances into your life to enable you to fulfill your vision. God wants you to take the limits off Him. He is saying to you: is anything to hard for Me? See Me, and My unlimited power, working on your behalf.

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.

~1 Cor. 2:9

REMINDER:  SET YOUR FOCUS ON YOUR GOD-GIVEN VISION!!!!
