OBEDIENCE: A POWERFUL KEY TO GOD’S BLESSINGS

OBEDIENCE: A POWERFUL KEY TO GOD'S BLESSINGS

The key to possessing God’s promises for blessing and prosperity is to be obedient. As you walk in obedience to Him and His Word, you will reap His blessings. God is bound by His Word. None of His promises, which He has made to His children will ever fail! Do you want to prosper? Saturate your heart and mind with the Word of God until it is integral to your life. Meditate upon the Word of God day and night. God told Joshua: This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Joshua 1:8

Stay in the Word until it becomes a part of your life. Speak God’s promises into your circumstances. Do not allow words of fear, worry, or doubt to come out of your mouth. When you have the Word of God imbedded deeply inside your spirit, then the words that come out of your mouth will be based upon the Word of God. Jesus said: If ye abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. John 15:7. As you align your life with God’s Word, and walk in obedience to it, you will prosper and be blessed. You will ask, and it shall be done.

The true prosperity that God plans for His people to enjoy today is much more! It is the abundance of all of His blessings – both spiritual and temporal – which include: health, protection, spiritual riches, provision for your needs, and material blessings. His prosperity is the total well-being for your spirit, soul, mind, emotions, body and finances.

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

~3 John 1:2
